- Basic Membership: Free membership allowing Pros to create profiles, receive unlimited leads, and get notified of job opportunities.
- Premium Membership: Paid membership (e.g., $30/month) that includes all Basic features, plus the ability to submit quotes and directly communicate with customers.
- Functionality:
- Service Listings: Pros can create and manage service listings to attract customers.
- Quotes: Premium Pros can submit detailed quotes using templates and receive messages directly from customers.
- Communication: Premium Pros can communicate with customers occurs through the ProsBe message function.

- Profile:
- Customers create profiles to manage their job inquiries and communicate with service providers.
- Functionality:
- Search and Browse: Customers can search for Pros based on the type of service they need, location, and other criteria.
- Job Requests: They can post job requests detailing their requirements and wait for Pros to respond with quotes.
- Direct Contact: Customers can initiate communication by sending messages to Pros whose profiles and services meet their needs.
What is difference between Pros and Customers?

- Click on Sign Up as a Pro: Locate the "Sign Up as a Pro" button, usually found in middle of the Become a Pro page.
- Fill in Your Details: Complete the registration form with your name, email address, and a secure password.
- Complete Your Profile: Complete your profile by adding any additional information, such as a profile picture and detailed information about you as a service provider.

Your profile information is now updated and will reflect the new details you've entered.

- Create New Service: Click on the "Plus icon" button.
- Enter Service Details: Fill out the required information about your service, including:
- Service title
- Description
- Target Area
- Preview and Publish: Review your listing to ensure all information is accurate. Once satisfied, click the "Save" button to make your service listing live.
Your service listing is now created and visible to potential clients on ProsBe.com.
Can I edit or update my service listings?
Yes, you can easily edit or update your service listings at any time. Here's how:
- Log In: Sign in to your ProsBe.com account.
- Access Service Listings: Go to your account dashboard and click on the "My Services" tab.
- Select Service to Edit: Choose the service you want to edit and click on it.
- Edit Information: Make the necessary changes to your service details, such as updating your description, or target area.
- Save Changes: After making your updates, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
Your updated service listing will now reflect the new information and be visible to potential clients.
Leads and Opportunities
What’s the difference between leads, bookings, and Opportunities?
Leads are customers who have found your profile in their search results and decided to contact you directly.
Opportunities refer to customers who have already reached out to other service providers but have not yet made a final decision. You have the chance to stand out and potentially be chosen by these customers.

How do I submit a quote for a job?
To submit a quote for a job on ProsBe, follow these steps using the quote template feature:
- Log In: Sign in to your ProsBe account using your credentials.
- Find the Job Request:
- Navigate to the Leads or Opportunitieswhere you want to submit a quote.
- Access Quote Template:
- Click Submit Quote button to open the Quote Template.
- Fill Out the Template:
- Use the quote template to enter the required details for your quote:
- Price
- Type of Quote
- Message

- Attach Supporting Documents (if applicable):
- If required or if it enhances your proposal, attach any relevant documents such as project plans, portfolios, or testimonials.
- Review and Submit:
