Email Notifications: You have the flexibility to select the specific emails you wish to receive and those you prefer not to receive in Email Notifications.

Subscription: There are two types of subscriptions: Basic and Premium. The Basic subscription is free and allows you to create your business profile, providing access to unlimited leads. With the Premium subscription, you gain the ability to interact with customers and submit price quotes.

Billing & Payment: After completing a payment on ProsBe, the card you utilized can be stored for future transactions. You can view your payment history.

Your profile serves as your virtual storefront, allowing you to demonstrate to customers what we already recognize — your excellence. It should mirror your identity and provide insight into the experience of working with you.

Outstanding profiles include:

• Current and accurate contact information.
• A well-crafted profile description that concisely highlights key information for customers without excessive length.
• Inclusion of images such as a company logo, team photo, and product photos.
• Links to your business website and social media pages.
• Integration of videos, if accessible.
• Numerous positive reviews from satisfied customers.

Many Pros on ProsBe possess a diverse range of skills. To enhance your visibility and connect with a broader customer base, you have the option to include multiple services in your profile, showcasing the full extent of your capabilities.

By incorporating additional services into your profile, you increase the opportunities for potential jobs. It’s crucial, however, to ensure that you possess the requisite skills to proficiently execute each added service.

• Go to My Services.
• Select + Button to add Service.
• Enter the desired service into the search bar (we’ll provide suggestions based on your input).
• If the service is not listed, it is not available on ProsBe.
• Select the service you wish to add from the drop-down menu.

Leads:
These leads align precisely with your specified targeting preferences. They originate from customers who viewed your profile and reached out to you with information about their project. You can locate them in the Leads section of your Lead tab. Only Premium members can respond to Customers’ request.

Opportunities:
These individuals have either contacted other ProsBe professionals or have requested quotes from pros. You have the option to express your interest in the job to these customers, and you only incur charges if they respond to your outreach. Only Premium members can contact Customers or respond to Customers’ request.
