How much does ProsBe cost me?

Placing a request on ProsBe as a customer is 100% free.

Account Information: You have the option to modify your account details, including email, phone number, address, and ZIP code. It’s important to note that providing your phone number and address is not mandatory. Your information such as phone number or email will not be disclosed to Pros.

Password: You can change your password

Email Notifications: You have the flexibility to select the specific emails you wish to receive and those you prefer not to receive in Email Notifications.

To begin, we will inquire about your project through a series of questions. Providing comprehensive details is encouraged to assist professionals in grasping your needs, ensuring you connect with the most suitable pro for your project. Your phone number and email will not be shared with any pros.

Consider the following points while exploring the profiles of professionals and deciding on the right one for your project:

• Reviews: Assess their review rating and read through recent reviews to gain insights into the experiences other customers have had with the professional.
• Photos: Examine examples of the professional’s work quality through photos, particularly before-and-after shots that showcase project transformations.
• Credentials: Verify the pro’s license, business details, and background check status in the Credentials section of their profile. You can also inquire about their credentials during direct communication.
• Additional Information: Explore the pro’s introduction, overview, and FAQs on their profile for more insights into their business. Additionally, check for a Top Pro badge as a recognition of their exceptional service.

Within your account’s Projects page, your projects can have three different statuses, Open, Closed and Cancelled. You can monitor the status of your open projects, including updates like new messages or quotes from professionals.

To engage with new messages from professionals, simply access your Inbox. Logging into your ProsBe account provides access to your inbox, and the ProsBe app facilitates seamless communication for sending and receiving messages with professionals.
